We understand “life happens” and that it may be necessary to amend or cancel scheduled appointments from time to time. To help with this, we’re happy to waive our cancellation fee and accommodate scheduling adjustments, provided that we receive at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will result in a charge to the credit card on file of fifty percent (50%) of the price of all scheduled services. Appointment no-shows will result in a full-price charge (100%) of all schedules services to the credit card on file.
If for any reason you are not competely satisfied with your product you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. All makeup purchases are final. All gift card purchases are non-refundable. All refunds/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Be mindful of other guests’ space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our lounge is a place where many guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax.
We love kids, but the Spa is a place where Moms and Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries. So please, make baby-sitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. Spa services are offered to children, however aparental guardian must be present for any services provided to children under 16.
Please turn off your cell phones. The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet.
